Ridgeview Innovations Hub Ltd was founded on a simple observation: Nigeria has no shortage of ambitious, talented people — what's often missing is a structured, affordable path from "I want to learn tech" to "I have a portfolio, a client, and an income."
So we built a dual model. On one side, the Digital Academy trains people in the practical skills employers and clients actually pay for. On the other, the Digital Agency delivers real IT solutions to real businesses. The two arms feed each other: academy graduates intern and work inside the agency, agency projects become the case studies and capstones academy students learn from, and every naira saved on staffing gets passed back into better training and more affordable pricing.
We're officially incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, based in Lagos, and building toward a pan-African footprint over the next three years.
